14 Days of Fictional Swoon – My First Fictional Crush, Plus 2 Giveaways
February 8th, 2015 by Liza Wiemer

For some people in your life, it may not be easy for them to tell you I love you.” But the more you say it, the more it’ll be easier for others to say back. Also, not everyone is great with words, but they show their love with actions. Wanting someone to tell you I love you and having that person say it doesn’t mean anything unless their actions SHOW IT too!

WHO WAS MY FIRST FICTIONAL CRUSH?

This is the copy of GONE WITH THE WIND that I bought and read when I was 12. The cost back then was $9.95, still well worth it. 1037 pages. It's the 86th printing. I'm so happy I have this after all these years.

I was  twelve and in the seventh grade when I read GONE WITH THE WIND by Margaret Mitchell. If there had been Team Rhett or Team Ashley, I would have been Team Rhett ALL THE WAY. I had the biggest crush on him. Of course, seeing the movie with Clark Gable as Rhett didn’t diminish my crush at all.

I love Rhett Butler, but admittedly I’ve never read the book, only seen the movie!

Thank you for participating!
